Established in 2009, MOQS Consultants Sdn Bhd is a multidisciplinary consulting firm based in Sabah, Malaysia, specialising in Quantity Surveying, Adjudication, and Civil & Structural Engineering services.
With majority Bumiputera ownership, MOQS is built on a foundation of trust, integrity, and longterm industry relationships. Our founding partners bring over 30 years of combined experience in both Quantity Surveying and Civil & Structural Engineering across local and international projects.
Our consultancy services cover a wide range of developments, including infrastructure, buildings, and civil works.
What Set Us Apart
We are supported by a team of registered Professional Quantity Surveyors and Professional Engineers with extensive experience in both building and engineering projects. Our inhouse Adjudicator, registered with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), enables us to offer adjudication services either as Adjudicator or Claimant’s Adviser as part of our value-added solutions.
With a strong pool of expertise, we provide end-to-end services from feasibility studies, cost management, and procurement to contract administration, dispute resolution, and engineering design.
